Handbells Choir Mission

The clarity and purity of the sound of English handbells provides a unique musical pathway to spirituality. The mission of the Handbell Choir is to use this instrument to provide anthems, lead canticles, and accompany congregational hymns and songs. The choir plays in worship approximately once a month and at two or three concerts during the year. Last year the Bell Choir also helped lead the congregation’s marchers in the Seattle Pride Parade with a chime version of “Going to the Chapel” on the 30th anniversary of celebrating same sex unions at the church.
